"I now have 2 of these hats - white and now navy. They are very comfortable and provide great sun protection. They dry quickly if they get wet, and the chin strap is very useful when in windy conditions. I use this hat for kayaking and the brim is firm enough in windy conditions. My original white hat is still going strong years later. The ponytail opening is an added and welcome bonus."
"I bought this hat because I am very sensitive to the sun and find when I go in a pool, or on a beach vacation, I don't want my hat ruined by chlorine or salt and I need to wear a hat at all times when in the sun. I have already purchased the Ultra Wide Brim hat and Resort wide brim hat, both which are linen and I don't want them ruined by chlorine or salt water, so I bought this hat in black to wear when I go in the water, and I love that it can be a rain hat as well. I haven't worn in outside yet but it also looks cute. The material feels very soft but the brim stays put due to the internal wire. I love that is has all the same features as my linen hats. "Bought this for my daughter (8) as her school hat. It was cheaper than some of the non-swim ones and has turned out to be PERFECT! She can adjust the back for when doing sports- so her hat doesn't fly off. Detaching the chin strap is easy enough for her. Ponytail hole is a huge bonus, as well as the brim having a wire in it, so it doesn't flop onto her face. Being swim material it can be easily washed. Cannot fault this hat."
