The Expedition Sun Hat offers UPF 50+ protection, shielding your face, ears, and neck. With a 2.75" (7 cm) front brim and 4" (10 cm) back brim, it provides enhanced coverage. Mesh ventilation, breathable lightweight fabric, and a sweatband make it one of our most comfortable hats for long walks and expeditions.
This hat is now available in our new Technical Performance fabric, designed to be soft, lightweight, breathable, and cooling.

Absolute beauty for boating
"Solbari hats are the absolute best for the Aussie outdoors. From exploring the Kimberley’s in WA to whale watching off the Gold Coast and gardening in the backyard, this hat has been my essential accessory. The sun protection is amazing, it is cool and comfortable I forget it is even on. This is my second Solbari hat, my husband with stage 4 skin cancer ‘borrowed’ the first one and he loves it so much he won’t give it back. Are there design awards or sun protection awards? If so, enter guys you will come out a winner! Ps. You should be approaching Education Departments and designing hats for the school yard. Our future generations would thank you, as do I!
